Refund & Returns Policy

Summary
You may return any order within 14 calendar days of receiving it for a full refund, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Contact us first at info@cleanserypurgeei.world to initiate a return.
1. Your statutory right to cancel
As a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your contract with us within 14 calendar days of the day after you receive your goods, without needing to give any reason. This right is provided under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
The 14-day cancellation period begins on the day after you (or a nominated third party) receive the goods.
2. How to return your order
Contact us within 14 days of receipt
Email us at info@cleanserypurgeei.world or call +44 20 7935 6241 with your name, telephone number, order details and reason for return (optional). We will acknowledge your return request within one working day.
Package and post the goods
Return the product(s) in their original or equivalent packaging to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of posting. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Receive your refund
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of you providing evidence of posting (whichever is earlier). Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original transaction where possible.
3. Condition of returned goods
We ask that you return goods in a reasonable condition. You are permitted to inspect goods as you would in a shop. However, if you have used the goods beyond what is necessary to inspect them, we may make a deduction from your refund to reflect any reduction in value. We cannot accept returns of goods that have been substantially consumed (for example, sachets that have been opened and used).
Where possible, please return goods in their original packaging with the box seal intact. We handle each return on a fair, case-by-case basis and will always communicate with you before making any deduction.
4. Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods
If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described, you have the following rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
- Short-term right to reject (first 30 days): you may return the goods and receive a full refund.
- Right to repair or replacement: after 30 days, you may request a repair or replacement first.
- Final right to reject: if repair or replacement is not possible or not carried out within a reasonable time, you may reject the goods and receive a full or partial refund.
For faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, we will cover the cost of return postage. Please contact us at info@cleanserypurgeei.world and we will arrange collection or reimburse your return postage costs.
5. Refund method and timing
Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or evidence of posting). For cash-on-delivery orders where payment was collected on receipt, refunds will be issued by bank transfer or postal order to the address on your order. We will confirm the method with you when we process your return.
6. Exceptions to the right of cancellation
The 14-day cancellation right does not apply to:
- Goods that have been opened and used in a way that makes them unsuitable for return on health and hygiene grounds - however, we handle this on a case-by-case basis and will always try to resolve issues fairly.
- Personalised or custom-made products (not applicable to our current product range).
